No Squads... can this work?

Can this work vs. IMP opponent with plenty of squads?

It will be difficult to kill bombers with only counter1 from the QLTs. If you had gunnery teams the MC75 could shoot a ship and flack out the same side arc and then use the ord pods. This would help get fighter kills before your ships pop to enemy bombers. A few A-wings would too. They tie up squadrons getting in the first punch with their decent speed and also doing damage with counter2 as they die. This means enemy bombers are on 60% hull maybe when they attack your ships so you can get kills earlier keeping your ships healthier.

Profundidy and the hammerhead could swap for Jiana's light TRC CR90 which fits with Ackbar a bit better.

I was running this for a while, completely chows through squadrons.

The CR90 sits on the off-side of one of the MC80 and stays parallel with it, basically gives it EWS because shooting it is obstructed, but the CR90 can shoot un-obstructed because of Jaina's Light. Gunnery Teams and Ordnance Pods is just brutal.
