The other two are sigmar's comet and the chaos symbol.

What is the symbol on the character box: skull with crossed weapons?
I don't know what the character box is, but on the dice, the skull is a Bane, and the crossed swords is a Challenge. Those should be detailed early on in the rulebook.
You've got Sigmar's Comet, the Chaos Star, and a pretty standard Empire Heraldic symbol.
