Roark was one of the best pilots for it, especially when combining with the CR90. The ship itself was pretty useless though with adding a turret.

I like it now and I will still like it! But where's Kyle? I am now playing Dark Forces for the first time!

Otherwise I played JK2 and JK:JA when it it was issued. But I did play it it extensively in multiplayer as well.

Kyle is being erased because his early story (Dark Forces) directly contradicts the Disney canon of Rogue One.

Although I personally liked him better in JK2/JA.

Jan is love! I'm so happy I will still get to use her to her deadly effectiveness in 2.0. Wedge/Jan is life!

I really, really hope you can’t fit loaded Jan in a list with Dash.

Because you can destroy Jan in 1 turn pretty reliably. Will still be true in 2.0 but a little less true.

then people are not range controlling Jan properly. her ability reaches to R3. I fly her all the time and I just don't get her close enough to engage until I have to. 5 dice doesn't really kill things all by itself these days either tho...

Dash and Jan will be a thing, at least at the start.

Dash with Luke Gunner and Jan in the HWK will be the earliest wombo combo.

Dash moves and takes Focus.
Jan moves and coordinates Dash to Lock.
Dash uses Luke Gunner to turn arc if needed.
Jan uses ability to allow Dash to fire a fully modified, five dice attack.

If Dash didn't use Luke Force Charge, he can use it on the attack to save his Focus, which then bumps his defense.


Seems viable to me. Especially since:

No autothrusters.
Evade tokens don't add a result.

I mean, FFG was apparently *** backwards enough to introduce luke gunner into 2.0 (assuming polish spoilers were correct) but come on...they CAN'T be dumb enough to allow luke gunner on Dash, buffing him past his 1.0 incarnation

no one's that stupid. It's like...against cosmic law or natural selection

guessing Jan will be a jouster's good friend, though

I flew it for a while. The road block I came up against was Jan just couldn't keep up with Dash reliably with her greens. Dash would need to reposition to keep things out of the donut hole, which could go beyond range 3 of Jan. Kanan helped with that, but he was desired by both ships.

I didn't know you had to HAVE coordinate in order to gain a red coordinate?

I’m fairly sure Kyle will get force powers he reason is that he is also a scum pilot and I don’t see many other pilots in scum having force powers and I seriously doubt scum will be excluded from force mechanic.

why would you take a red coordinate with Jan? she does not want to be stressed going into combat.

so squad leader gives you red co-ordinate. but yea, hwk's still don't have it in any form other wise. I guess if you really wanted to (and if the upgrade slots are available) you could squad leader and then the crew that goes red to white. crap that could be legit... if you could combo the cards to get Jan a white coordinate it could be really deadly. I was thinking white boosts to keep up with faster ships personally.

He isn't a Scum pilot in X-Wing. Scum has Dace, Palob, and Torkil. Scum is a little light on Force users, but they are not excluded with the likes of Ventress and Maul.
