where is a list of items made with cortosis or cortosis attachments? and there does not seem to be cortosis gauntlets in the char generator

It can generally be added as an attachment to weapons and armour. It's very rare and very expensive. On weapons it makes them immune to Sunder. Armour becomes proof against breach and pierce. There is also cortosis shields, gauntlets, swords and staffs.

It should also be known that the "Cortosis weave" attachment also covers Beskar (aka Mandalorian Iron), and other "lightsaber resistant" metals.
