Special preorder damage deck

By Pewpewpew BOOM, in X-Wing

Promo damage decks are available from distributors to LGS at the rate of one per core set. LGS must order the decks per cores , and they must be sold with the core sets (they're marked not for resale).

I'm not certain, but I suppose they could be used for prize supports in store tournaments. I don't think that counts as resale?

Should've clarified that I was asking about pre-ordering from the FFG store. The official article makes it sound like promo decks are provided on a *per order* (rather than per core set) basis. Thus, I'd have to pay for shipping twice if I wanted two promo decks.

You can pre-order the X-Wing Second Edition Core Set on our website —everyone who pre-orders at least one Core Set for X-Wing Second Edition on the Fantasy Flight Games website will receive a single T-65 X-Wing Damage Deck for free with their order!

I wrote an E-Mail to FFG and asked them if I will get a Deck for each ordered Core-Set.

Now, eight day ago I don't know more..... No answer from FFG. ?

Got an answer! Now the question is if there are "supplies" left...

Hello!

Thank you for contacting us! Customers will receive a promo deck per core set while supplies last. So if you order two core sets in one order, you will receive two promo decks . If you have any further questions, please contact us again!

Thank you!

All hail Brenna!

I have asked in three different stores in different countries: Sweden, Spain, and Finland.
In all of them the distributor told them that the store would get 6 preorder decks for every full case of preordered core sets. A case has 6 core sets in it, so theoretically each customer that preorders a core set should get one preorder deck as long as the store preorders them in full cases of 6, (and the store owner doesn't keep any for themselves or something like that, of course).

some on-line stores in Canada say on the preorder that they will come with the larger damage deck while others don't.

I chose one which clearly states it will come with the extra damage deck.

Now the question is will it ship on time? I've heard rumours that outside the USA, shipping will be delayed a week or three.
