that's insane. I kinda get why FFG doesn't want to pick that up but still it pretty firmly restricts who is actually going to be able to make it. And no one is going to convince a Sig other that they want to take their vacation to MN, hardly picturesque.

I think he is referring to the Canadian Nationals prizes...we didn't receive them this year as they had not been determined yet.

Nationals kits. 2018 Canadian Nationals were in March this year.

Well, Euro Nationals winners (beside UK, as far as i know) didn't get a single flight/hotel paid at all so far. So no difference (for most euros).
I know a few national champs that would have loved to head to worlds. But on the other hand, who should pay the flight and hotel for 12+ euro national champs ? .
