Celebrate the Legend of the Five Rings LCG with the Lion Clan! Join us at Mikado Japanese, where an evening of glorious conversation, strategy and sake awaits!
We'll be assembling into formation at Mikado ( http://www.indymikado.com/ ) on Thursday, August 2nd @ 8:30pm.
We have 10 spaces currently reserved, but more can be added if needed. If you would like to attend, mark 'GOING' on FB, message me with your full name or leave a comment on the FFG thread to be added to the Legion! Reservation will be under Akodo Toturi.

Hate to piggy-back into your topic, sorry, but I saw one of these for Crab as well.

Is there an info hub, or another site where players going to GenCon have been gathering and communicating? Would like to hook up with some fellow Scorpions.

EDIT: Just noticed the FB mention...is it a particular group?

It's a Facebook Event - the link is at the top of Ryan's post.

Are all the clans just randomly deciding to do this separately on their own, then? I figured it might be a GenCon or Kotei tradition type of thing.

It's kinda a semi-tradition...most clans try and host a dinner each year, but it doesn't always happen and it's not in any way 'official'. I've organized the Dinner for Villains, which grew from the Spider Clan Dinner, for the last seven years, and we're about the best attended, usually having upwards of two dozen people present. This year, because of the lack of a 'bad guy' faction in the LCG, we're teaming up with the Scorpion Clan, Rokugan's Original Villains.

There's a thread over on the L5R LCG group maintained by Edward Kim that collects all the details for each event. If you search on the group under his name, you should be able to find it easy enough.
