There is a talent in pathfinder allowing a third manuever and signature talent in explorer that allows additional manuevers.

Are their any neat builds to use this?

Supreme Scathing Tirade lets you perform Scathing Tirade as a manoeuvre for 2 strain, so you could potentially use Scathing Tirade 4-5 times in a single round. If there's enough targets, that's 1 damage per [Success] a nd [Advantage]. A character with 4 willpower/2 coercion could deal ~14 unavoidable strain damage a round... at the cost of 6 strain plus the strain cost of extra manoeuvres.

The idea behind this is extremely funny for me. It sounds like it would be Mr.Resetti. The guy just pops up and berates the imperial Stormtroopers for resetting their blasters again.

The pathfinder talent only allows a 'Move maneuver' after an action. It requires 2 pips, so you need a FR2 to be guaranteed you can even do it, and depending if you need to convert dark pips along with the base 2 strain required, it can be expensive.

Scathing tirade 4-5 times in a round? I think I worked for that guy once...
