i think there are some upgrades that directly state the upgrade is white but most of them just list it on the side like that.

Which also means its not on their pilot card, technically, if the requirement that PTL used is still a thing somewhere.

I imagine they thought of this either way, so far every weird rule quirk we've noticed they had a general rule to shut that down immediately.
