If you could play Armada with any Actor / Actress from Star Wars - Happy Friday

By Cubanboy, in Star Wars: Armada

Happy Friday kids,

Title says it all if you could play a game against anyone who acted on screen or voice who are you playing against?

Does any time period count too? Cause if so I think everyone’s answer (mine included) would be slave Leia

I would die I had to play this guy and after he smoked me this is all he said.

Director Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn). He seems like the type who would flip the table after I crushed him.

Mark Hamill, easy question. Just seems like an awesome guy all around and he embraces his place in Star Wars. We would have a blast!

Mark Hamill is probably the only one that would enjoy this :D

The ghost of Christopher Lee. (May he Rest In Peace.)

Wedge Antilles (Denis Lawson)...because it’s Wedge.

Peter Cushing. He was a war gamer and miniatures collector/painter in real life.

The guy that played Tarkin? Interesting

I'll second Peter Cushing being an old time gamer. There is a few old British Pathe's you'll find on YouTube if you look for it. Other than him, I'd suspect John Boyega would find it fun as he seems like he could be swayed by the IP to play it as a fan before being cast.

I bet he had some serious stories to tell.

While he wasn't technically "in" the Star Wars films, I'd be quite happy to spend 2-3 hours with George Lucas picking his brain on just about any of the toys his works inspired.

Mark Hamill for obvious reasons.

And Ewan McGregor. He's a really likable guy in private and I guess he would enjoy playing a game of Armada.

Did you read about the time Peter Jackson tried to tell Christopher Lee what sounds to make when Wormtongue stabbed Saruman in the back on the Lord of the Rings set? If I had been Jackson, I would have wet myself.

My 7 year old watched RotJ this May 4th. The question that came up a few days later was “Why was Princess Leia dressed in those strange clothes?”

I think trying to teach Harrison Ford the rules would be pretty hilarious.

"So Harrison, err Mr. Ford, sir, first you need to set your command dials"

"**** off kid, no-ones tell me what to do"

"Play armada" huh?

He was a cameo in RotS as Baron Notluwiski Papanoida from Pantora. So I guess technically he in star wars for a quick scene

Christopher Lee was an all round badass really.

Daisy Ridley seems like an absolutely delightful person. Also Donald Glover, obviously.

edit: Oh and Simon Pegg (Unkar Plutt) totally counts, right? That makes it four of us. Sounds to me like a Corellian Conflict!

I don't think it would even be safe to let Harrison near your collection as he may just try and eat the minature representing himself in his ship.

Erik Bauersfeld (the voice of Akbar) so I can here him say "it's a trap!"
