I wish I had more to say. It was great to read your thought process, but I've never played Latari before, so I don't have much of an opinion. Also, I don't usually stuck with the same army for long, so I was impressed by your consistency, and the light sight slight tweaks you made to the list. I especially liked how you went about choosing terrain.

Although my comments on Latari are limited, I'm definitely interested in your friend's ideas for Waiqar!
