Gotta create movement rules for the larger bases, probably need to make circular bases with arcs for the larger demons, homebrewing the weapons and cards shouldn't be too difficult. The scale isn't terribly far apart....

That's true, but they're perhaps a little small, they seem to be at a scale between imp assault and legion. The bases are definitely smaller, by 2mm in diameter or so.

with their hunched over nature. cutting them off their base and mounting them on a legion scale base with equal height to the legion troops and i don't think you'd really have any trouble passing it off as a Rak'ghoul - especially if you mounted a little green stuff to the head to make the "lobes" a slight bit bigger.
