new expansions

By darthmax1, in Talisman Rules Questions

are there plans for more expansions and regions?

yes!

It`s called The Higlands, and comes whit a new board, it will be realesed in may i think gran_risa.gif .

i meant beyond the highlands. i have it pre=ordered. still two corners on the board though.

The other two remaining corners from the Talisman world are the City and the Forest expansion.

any idea when they may be released?

Probably in april/May 2011 and 2012.

There is 1 big box expansion in a year, and 1 small one.

Velhart might be up to 30 plays of Talisman by then gran_risa.gif .

Simple,

FFG is making all the region boards from the 3th edition.

We have the Dungeon already now, and the Highlands is the Mountain expansion. gran_risa.gif

is the mountain cards a seperate deck like the dungeon or apart of the main board?

Yes, the Mountain cards are a separate deck, same as the dungeon expansion.

Hooray! More stuff! This is going to be cool. I just hope they made more stuff like "Dark Denizens" since I have no room for the dungeon expansion right now, hehe. And the Highlander.... no room for the board but always room for more cards!
