Although not being able to claim fearlessness whilst inconveniencing a Firespray or ARC-170 from behind may be a problem at some point.

It is strong enough.

On the other hand there doesn't seem to be a lot of ways to modify rear arc shots. The Gunner crews and the slave 1 title so far.

There is no bullseye either.

Rear arc weapons don't have the full benefits of the front arc (no bullseye, often smaller attack value) so the protectorates shouldn't get full benefits against them either.

So it occurred to me that whilst Fenn would still be able to throw out five dice, he won't have full mods on those dice. Anyone know the odds of rolling all paint on five attack dice, especially when it is your only one that round? (assuming no mindlink here.)

Additionally, he won't have access to autothrusters meaning that he is going to be more susceptible to damage prior to getting into his optimal position, especially since Ion Cannon Turrets will be rolling four dice at him too. (Oh god, have they changed autoblaster turrets as well, are they now three dice at range one ??)

Suppose Afterburners are going to be stapled to him, maybe even Elusive for that defensive re-roll.

There might be a considerable talent or other upgrade which makes such a naked upgrade less painful. Maybe even one of the bullseye arc talents might be pretty good. Since you'll likely be up close in that playstyle, you might have a better chance of the bullseye.

Hahaha it just occured to me that Fearless specifies the front arc of a ship. So for a turret that's turned the other way, he still gets the bonus and it can't shoot back at all!

Let's talk BoShek. What ship would he get to pilot? Clearly PS9, I mean I6. Also, what pilot ability?

BoShek used the "Infinity" to break the Kessel Run record, but there is no info about what kind of ship that was.

And he didn't have a ship when he was in the Mos Eisley cantina. He was linked to the Huts and would smuggle ships, so I think it could be wide open as to which ship he could pilot.
