Just finished it; very thorough survey, actually.
Page 9; Which Clan is da best... Which Clan is da worst.... please glance at all of the choices given as it is a strong indicator of what FFG is planning to release, IMO. ?
I chose Dragon for my favourite and none as the worst.
I chose Spider Clan as the most despicable one.. (I stopped playing the CCG when they started to arise, but not because of them).

Answer the question as you see fit. I pulled the choices from the list on Oracle of the Void from old AEG. Except I didn't include "Spirit" or "Ninja".

I'm glad there was a distinction between Shadowlands and Spider Clan.
Crane was my choice for worst clan, because it's Tuesday.

Interesting.
Mantis beat out every other non-LCG faction and is a couple of points of two LCG factions for Best Clan. That is a fair amount of popularity I hope FFG listens to.
It would be interesting to see what the results would be if/when Mantis is a fully playable Clan.
