Making a bard in Terrinoth, my son noticed that Yew, Bone, and Hazel implements have a base cost of x ½. Reading this as is, it means that you get your magic implement at half price, plus get the benefits of those materials. Is this a typo? Should it be “+ ½” instead? If not, why would anyone bother with regular materials like Oak?

Yep, FFG confirmed it, read it either as +1/2 or x1.5
