Will Force using pilots have EPT’s?

The existence of the recover triangle is what in my mind suggests there may be Force users that do not regenerate. If they all regenerate/recover their Force tokens, then they could have covered that in the base rules and wouldn’t have needed a triangle to denote it.

Then if I take this detail a step further and assume non-recovering Force users, then my mind goes to the devs’ comment about generic TAP pilots with Force scores.

The regen triangle is there so that they can assign regenerating resources to anything. It is there for consistency. They can have regenerating shields, charges, force, or anything else that they want.

I'd like some regenerating shields on the defender.

You shut your mouth. If they have infinite bombs in 2.0, I've just saved about $200.

There are already infinite bombs, as so far most ships with bombs also have the reload action.

Consider this for a new Bomblet Generator. It has two charges and regens one charge every turn. You can spend two charges to drop a bomblet token. This nomenclature is very clean with their new system, and it allows them to have very customized and tuned upgrades.

These are exiting times gentlemen :D Savor the moment!! Sept 13 (or before) EVERYTHING will be made known ?

and we will be back to our usual selves nerf this, fix that, when is the next wave due? When will be get news etc..

I could be wrong but I thought the reload action in 2.0 does not include bombs.

We don't know, but bomblets could regenerate their own charges

afaik they havnt said anything about reload changing beyond the obvious returning those tokens instead of flipping cards.

Biggest change is of course a lot of ships have it.

I do recall them saying that some things can't be reloaded but don't recall if they said what.

It excludes mines, bombs work fine.

I thought they were making bombs and mines all the same thing?

Only in how you deploy them? We still haven't seen any mines, so we don't know if they are a separate upgrade-typ.

I’ve thought about what the forums will be like after 2.0 release. Since FFG has stated the strong desire to not change the wording on cards, I suspect the forum will be filled with topics trying to sway the consensus on what cards should cost.

A tongue-in-cheek concern I have is that we will get additional acronym ambiguity as people shorten “overpriced” to OP...

”According to the OP, OP intends to nerf the OP Predator card, but some are arguing the new cost makes it OP.”

I think we've already seen a few threads or at least individual comments saying that something in 2.0 is too strong or too weak already, without even knowing points costs or anything.
