I'm a 3 year armada vet, I treat this guy like a CR90! I haven't lost a snow speeder yet, though they're basically limited to 3 or 4 rounds of shooting because of it. I haven't flown two at once though, I'm excited to try that.

It's a perfect analogue. A potent, maneuverable, yet fragile unit that can do work if you can keep it alive.

Yes, but I think the question is whether you want to make yourself do that work. A Laser Cannon AT-RT and a Troop squad with a Z-6 together cost about the same. They have more wounds, and more damage output. They're not as maneuverable, but they can be in two places at once. I think one gets more reliable mileage out of them than a speeder, if maybe not quite so spectacular upside.

The question of running two and trying to overwhelm possible air defense is an interesting one, but that also makes it harder to keep both out of harm's way.

It's almost like the designers wanted the game to have multiple ways to play, instead of one option always being strictly superior to the other!
