Personally I dont mind the lack of new waves... I've not brought wave 7 yet.... something to do with household bills... Ballroom dancing lessons with the other half (dammmm they are expensive)...

The game is in a really solid spot. No list is to far out that it does not work. The lack of news sucks, but Crabbok is right in his video. Do not fret, slow release are good, and the health of the community will drive us forward, not the releases we see. Keep you areas engaged and just play with your tiny ships.

Plenty of time for the pitchforks and torches peeps! Trust me,, if it ever gets to that point, i'll be charging in the front rank ?

As an X-Wing player I find the slower release cycle of Armada to be a big part of its appeal. I really like that waves are spaced out since it allows me to develop and play through different iterations of my fleet - not to mention I don’t have to buy new waves frequently.

This is a very very good point. I'm not sure who the people are that have squeezed the fun to the point of boredom out of the current waves but at one game a week it will take me awhile. The waves are actually piling up on me and I don't have enough time to fully explore the options before something completely new comes out.

Now hold on there people before you go responding en masse to my ignorance. I'm not saying FFG has been great here. Communication with your customers is important. I think if we had a roadmap of some kind or if we at least knew some sort of a plan we'd feel alot better. The lack of any information is a problem, not necessarily the timing of releases.

-X-Wing 2.0 is getting Clone Wars ships!

-Armada is getting Clone Wars ships!

Two new factions with a huge variety of possible ships. FFG can't announce these ships for Armada simply because they want to announce it for both games at the same time (as announcing one would spoil the other).

I think the game is in a better state than it's ever been and I'm while I'd love new toys to play with, I'm happy with where things are. Our local community is starting to get a lot of players coming back to the game and new folks taking interest. X-Wing 2.0 is actually helping draw some folks over to the game as well for something to play between now and September at the very least.

I'm not gonna let you bring me down. My logic is impeccable. I haven't been this excited for Armada since the ISDs first came out.
