I don't know about companies per se but I have seen several inexpensive listings for them on eBay

I got some nail art ones dirt cheap a while back. Imperial gears in a few sizes. Work great on models

I was googling that first but couldn't find any, I'll have to keep an eye out. Good to know they do exist

If you have access to a decent laser printer you can purchase water decal paper for your printer. I have some but haven't used it yet.

I make my own. Super easy.

Do you mind sharing what you do?

Sure. Note this is for US, I've noticed supplies in the UK are noticably more expensive, though alternates may be available.

Supplies:

Computer with graphics software

Inkjet printer (laser may be an option, just never tried it myself)

Testors Decal Paper

Testors Decal sealant

Optional:

Micro-sol decal solvent, micro-sol decal sealant

Process:

Make the design, size, and layout you want in your favorite graphics program. Test run on normal paper to ensure desired look.

Decide if you want clear or white paper. Simple dark designs (basic logos, warnings, black text, ect) work best on clear. Brightly colored designs or ones with lots of white, need white.

Print onto decal paper.

Let ink dry.

Spray on sealant. Use quick light coats, and let dry. A heavy coat may cause the design to bleed.

Cut out design. Obviously clear paper will be more forgiving here.

Apply like normal waterslide decals.

Use micro-sol to help it confirm to curved surfaces, and set to help it set up.

Finish model details and seal with clear coat as normal.
