I'm surprised we haven't yet seen a two-pack that comes with Zuckuss and 4-LOM. All I have so far is a core set and a dice pack, but I love the bounty hunters and think it would be a blast trying to paint them myself. However, I really don't want to start unless I can get all 6 bounty hunters from The Empire Strikes Back. So to those of you who have your fingers on the pulse of this game, how likely do you think it is that they will be released in the future?
Will we see Zuckuss and 4-LOM
The first four boxes had a pretty clear pattern of having the Scum villain be one of the bounty hunters. I think the only reason we haven't seen Zuckuss and 4-Lom is because there hasn't really been an opportunity for it (Jabba's Realm clearly needed Jabba as the Scum villain, and the last two boxes have gone a different way). If we see another campaign in line with the first four (Endor?) or something not based on the movies, then I'd bet on us getting them then. Otherwise, it would depend on whether we got another skirmish wave, and I'd say they would be likely for the Scum inclusion (The only other obvious Scum pick I can think of is Dr Aphra, due to BT/000).
Having said that, we still need Scout Troopers so I'd guess that there's probably still at least one more boxed expansion coming,
BT-1 and Triple Zero should have been Zuckuss and 4-LOM. The wave was Hera and Chopper, a Jawa, and two ersatz eeeeevil C3PO and R2D2 that most people have never heard of from one of the worst Star Wars stories I've ever had the misfortune of reading. Zuckuss and 4-LOM would have fit perfectly in that wave.
I would prefer Yoda rather than Zuckuss and 4-LOM. He is far mor important than this 2 hunters.
My question is: Will we see Yoda?
Will I ever see the Imperial Shuttle teased on the HotE box art. Imperial Assault desperately needs an Imperial Shuttle, I love it, and you know what: It saw more action than Zuckuss and 4-Lom, who just stood there!
?
Dr Aphra and Black Krrsantan for the win!

If we keep buying IA, they will keep making stuff for us to buy. While they seem to be slowing down release schedules, they definitely don't seem to be interested in boxing up the game production.
I can't imagine many other Scum uniques that could be above Zuckuss and 4-LOM. I doubt there'll be a huge push for unique characters from the Solo movie, but Young Lando and his robot could be considered Scum. Rogue One has Saw that could be a Scum, but most everybody else were explicitly Imps or Rebels. Dr. Aphra (sp?) would likely be an Imp, I'd think.
I want TIE fighter special forces!
Keep in mind the fact that the Worlds winners get to design cards for their games.
If we pester them enough, we could get them to make Zuckuss and 4-LOM

make that THE worst SW story with THE worst SW character ever (lookin' at you Doctor A.)

I highly doubt they are allowed to design deployment cards other than maybe skirmish upgrades.

I'm sure that this has been explained to you before, but you get that BT and Triple 0 were the IMPERIAL reps in that wave, right? 4-LOM and Zuckuess would have fit perfectly replacing the Jawa, sure (well, outside of eliminating the possibility of us getting them as expansion bosses). Because they'd be Scum.
They make zero sense replacing BT and Triple 0, because the entire point of the wave was to give each faction some Droid support. You can argue that there might have been better options, but replacing the Imperial units with Scum units isn't one of them.
But the elite Jawa Scavenger is the figure that creates the "fourth" affiliation - the Droid army, so could not have been replaced by two bounty-hunters that just stood there in one of the movies.

Right - even the Jawa(s) played a much much larger part in the story than Zuckuss and 4-Lom. If anything, we should get more Jawas! I love them, and there was even one on the box art for Jabba's Realm (although it wasn't included in the box - what a scam)!
I might have gone too far in a few places...
Except for the obvious OCD completist argument, I'm not sure I would be particularly stoked for Zuckuss & 4-LOM. I mean, they would probably be cool, but I have a handful of Bounty Hunters already and would be much more interested in figures (especially ally groups) that represent other things. And IF we were to get a bunch of new Bounty Hunters, I would much rather see Cad Bane, Aurra Sing, or Asajj Ventress; they are much more interesing characters, IMHO, than those two blokes who stood on the Star Destroyer bridge that one time in 1980.
That said, if Zuckuss & 4-LOM were to show up, I would definitelly buy them
I don't understand this sentiment I keep seeing that all Zuckuss and 4-LOM did was stand around. Sure, it's true, but IG-88 also did nothing but stand around - and he was in the core set!
In fact, from a certain point of view, even Boba Fett did nothing but stand around. I guess that's how bounty hunters are. But that's why I really want to see Zuckuss, 4-LOM, and the other ESB bounty hunters standing on a shelf and looking cool with my own paint jobs. It's what bounty hunters are for!
How long have we been asking for these guys?
Anyway, yes!
Zuckass/Gand Findsman
Even if we don't get the two rock stars, we should get a two-pack of Gand Findsmen.
I vote for Zuckass and 4-LOM.

This is what we use:
You guys either lack imagination or haven't read much in the lore (canonized or otherwise) both are interesting to me. There's a bunch of bounty hunters from Clone Wars as well. The small bit of mystery also keeps them interesting.
Dengar and boba fett have been nearly unusable since release so having 2 more scum that could bring unique game mechanics to the skirmish game are always welcome
We need Zuckuss and 4-LOM.
I'd take Aurra Sing and/or Bane after that, though. I also wouldn't mind a couple more jawas, while we're at it.
Pretty much, I'll buy it if FFG releases it. I like having the miniatures for the game.

I would like to see Aurra Sing as well.

It's a fair point about them being Mercenary faction. I forgot about that aspect. But to your second point, where are BT-1 and 0-0-0 in the movies? So if both are based in alternate canon, I think they are ever bit as viable as potential characters. At least Zuckuss and 4-LOM have been around since Empire, they weren't shoehorned into the OT timeline in the last couple years.

I mentioned this a few weeks ago, but I think a big part of it is character design.
Boba Fett, chump that he is, has coasted by as a fan favorite almost exclusively on a cool character design.
It's hard to beat "giant slenderman robot" and "actual T-Rex" when it comes to memorable, too, and Dengar at least gets points for "Did you guys also see the toilet paper head guy?"
4-LOM and Zuckuss, in my opinion, just kinda look like generic goons, particularly because they look so similar to each other . As far as a lot of fans go, they probably figured they were just a trooper escort for the actual bounty hunters.
I guess it might be interested to ask some non-hardcore, non-FFG gaming friends what bounty hunters they remember from the original trilogy. I'm sure most who've seen the films would remember Boba Fett, and I would bet they could probably get at least one out of three of Dengar, IG-88, and Bossk. I'm almost certain 4-LOM and Zuckuss would get the least amount of shout outs (obviously totally dependent on who you ask, though).
Though, for the record, I'm always in camp Give US LOM/Zuck, if not only so that we can stop hearing about them.
Edited by subtrendy2When You ask on this forum or anywhere else, which OT figures still need to be made for IA, the most frequent answers are Yoda, 4-Lom and Zuckuss (sometimes Ewoks as well). There may be others like Ponda Baba, Dr. Evazan, Admiral Ackbar, Garindan, Lobot, Nien Nunb, Ree-Yees, Tessek, Momaw Nadon, etc., bit I think these 3 are the last fan favorites from the OT not made yet.

Yeah, I have a feeling out of those at least, LOM and Zuck are probably easily the most likely.
There's a lot of Star Wars out there now, and I expect we'd get some of the bigger stuff from the comics, books, Solo/Rogue One, and maybe even some of the rest of Rebels before we see anything like Ree-yees, but hey, I've definitely been pleasantly surprised before.
