I don't really take much away from that article. I do think there's something there but that piece doesn't have enough info to be able to discern anything meaningful from it.

Seems to be somewhat over valuing the company at that price. 15x gross turnover is a lot of money and I’m not sure there is enough capital even including IP to justify that.

15x EBITDA? They can dream, but that's a lot of goodwill for the buyer to write off.
