Krennic got screwed in 2.0

The 2nd Edition Lambda doesn't have the Target Lock action natively on its action bar, so Krennic's actually quite a good fit for it.

Indeed, the only currently-expected Imperial crew carrier to have TL is the Decimator. The Reaper doesn't, the Lambda doesn't, and the Phantom doesn't, and the TIE shuttle doesn't exist any more.

If you want Tarkin, you either need a Deci or to put him alongside Krennic.

Or the ST-321 Lambda, which offers some nice action efficiency on Coordinate. The 2nd Edition Lambda is looking like a really good all-round support ship.

No, ST321 does not have the TL action, which Tarkin requires.

Being able to have TLs doesn't give a ship the action.

Ah, I'd read the text of Tarkin, but missed the target lock icon in the requirements! That's a shame, as much as the forced Tarkin/Krennic team up amuses me. ?

Five pages in to this debate, and all I'm hearing is static.

It's 2.0, people. Don't think that this stuff wasn't play tested... Like, probably a lot.

I'm still calling Krennic+Vader for the first 2.0 world's final table.

Eh, if Krennic is cheap he'll see use, if he still costs 10 points he'll collect dust. The only thing I'd want to put him on would be Whipser to get the lock action that she deserves.

New Krennic is a mere 5 points, so the equivalent of half a point more than a 1e Targeting Computer. I don't hate it.
