I wonder if they'll have characters whose abilities neutralise force powers. Eg. Jabba crew. His ability may read something like "Prohibit player from using the force when in R2"

If Yuuzan Vong(?) introduced they might have similar effect.

I doubt Jabba would do that. He's strong willed enough not to be mind tricked, he doesn't shut off force powers entirely.

Indeed, I doubt we'd see anything that outright shut off Force abilities. Doesn't seem in keeping with the design philosophy which has largely removed those kinds of 'nope' effects wherever we've seen them - c.f. the new Blinded Pilot.
