Hello, everyone!

Not sure I count as a new player, as I've been collecting for about 18 months and lurking here for even longer...but I'm finally emerging from the shadows.

Sadly I don't have much opportunity to play the game, but I live in hope that this will change! ?

Don't mind the doom and gloom. Once we get our product article fix, normal positive posts should return.

I've been lurking long enough to understand the way things work! Have to say I was a little...dismayed...by the lack of news myself, but not much to be done about that except try to stay positive. Besides, I'm still grappling with my next list...have a a feeling my old one isn't going to cut it post-changes.

Hey Dobbs. In the same boat. Been building my collection for over a year and getting some games in, but after continually reading the forums, I finally wanted to get more involved in the community. No worries for me about the lack of future content just yet. Still enjoying Wave 7 and adjusting from the FAQ.

Welcome! Hopefully you’re both loyal Imperials, but if you’re Rebel scum I’ll look the other way... ?

I'm Rebel Scum and proud of it. An actual traitor too. I got my friend into the game, but he wanted to play Imperials... so I had to join the Rebellion.

I regard myself as a mostly-Imperial leaning galactic freelancer who scavenges equipment from ship graveyards...which is fancy way of saying I'll fly pretty much whatever I can get my grubby little hands on- usually with indifferent success!

But I've only flown Imperial ships in action so far.

Even with the understandable recent frustration, it's pretty good-natured here.

My old list was a Sloane 2x VSD2 + 2x flots with a max squadron ball-thing (but not what seems to be the "usual" one as I have no Defenders). I liked it, but I suspect it will be far too vulnerable to sudden tabling in the current environment.

Trouble is, I'm not too sure in which direction I want to go now...which is partly why I'm here!
