You use a " blood frenzy" magic card in a region where you have two bloodletters with the upgrade against two Deamonettes with no upgrade. So i am asking if you combine dice from magic card with dice from Bloodletters? For instance if you roll with your blood frenzy card 4, 5 wich are both hits and with 2 Bloodletters you roll 1,2,3,4 which are also two hits you can kill both Deamonettes instanly by appling 2 hits to each, they do not attack back? So you just add all your dice together, i mean in this case?
