My last game of 1.0 was a HotAC game. Prior to that I think it was a big 600 point game on a 6x4 board using all 6 of my X Wings lol. I’ve since picked up another one, and the new core set will give me 8.

Same here! Flying Boba, Fenn and a Zealous Recruit to try out some of the wave one builds but all we could talk about were two things: how we were already getting pulled away from X-wing because of other games or lack of interest, and how 2.0 rekindled our love for the game. I hope it lives up to everyone's expectations.
Can't wait for Saws expansion in order to get my hands on some 2.0!
Last game I played I ran Nym Numb (Nym with VI, ICT, Harpoons, 2 Proton bombs, Extra Munitions, Trajectory Simulator, "Genius", and Chimps; Ten Numb with VI, Mangler cannon, trajectory simulator, Extra munitions, E2, Sabine, proton bombs). it was super fun.
Game before that, I ran Ibtisam with wired, Linked batteries, E2, and Hera; and Dash Rendar with expertise, HLC, snuggling compartment, glitterstim, CM, and Outrider, which was tremendously fun.
I don't care about winning anymore, I can win at other things, but nothing else is as fun as janky B-wings!
My last 1.0 game was streamed by x wing junkies, after the game I started screaming "I'm free" and hugging everyone spectating

100-0 versus a guy running a 54-point Kylo Shuttle who should have been able to have more fun, but just got stressed to **** by Strezra.
100-0 versus a guy running defenders. Strezra for the win. no actions for ships that survived the joust. yay!
a tight win over a guy who was already in the cut (i got paired up) so he brought his "fun" list of RAC-Whisper instead of his Nym Miranda. 12-stress Whisper eventually just flew off the board when he realized he would never get another shot and wanted to save 15 minutes of our lives. yay, we didn't have to play X-Wing!
Rematch against the same guy in the cut. He brings the Nym Miranda list and gets the upper hand with about 20 minutes to play. My 2-hull, 0-shield, shooting-second Miranda SLAMs for twenty minutes to go to time and win the 2-dice vs 2-dice final salvo! fun!
then in the top 4 i actually played for fun. I had achieved my top-4 prize and was playing a guy from my car and he needed the next-game practice more than I did. Switched to my Soontir Fel meme list, had a blast, lost in 30 minutes.

Also stress Ezra is so much BS.
The only way I can take 1.0 with any sense of seriousness or fun is to play completely casual, and basically pretend that the last 2 or 3 waves of Rebel idiocy never happened.
Even some imperial plays are a bit boring though.
