Is it just me or do those rulers look different lengths even in the photo?

Just got my tickets for the GenCon tourney. Looking forward to it.

Man, there's nothing in here fore imperial players. I suppose it's to be expected seeing as FFG loves them rebel on rebel finals anyways.

As soon as we get a large ship that isn't an Imperial Star Destroyer *cough SSD cough* we will wipe the rebel scum from the top tables across the competition.

how is GenCon. Looking increasingly like i might not make nationals so this might be a close second.

All I know is that I am probably gonna have to go to ebay for the Armored Cruiser card.

Isn't it weird though for them to model the Sato art after an animated cartoon series. I mean, maybe you like Rebels, maybe you don't, but why do we need references to that show in the game.

Prizes look nice. Assuming they even have them or are accurate for use in play.

Still never received my Top 16 medal from Euros last year, nor replacement range rulers for the incorrect length versions given out on the day.

Well, it might be ridiculously expensive if the ONE guy sells it. But I bet it's kept to be played. And imperial players will keep theirs just to make sure rebel players don't get one.

Can we have a Euros or Gencon in Australia.... please?

So I'm hearing GENCON is already sold out for Armada because they only made 40 tickets available. I'm not going, but I'm pretty peeved about it on behalf of the community. How the **** do you get away with only allowing 40 players for a whole continent when there's prize support for a top 64?

Can I offer my solid 40k experience advice?

See if you can set it up and run it on your own, and get 50+ players...

That will be “noticed” and logged that it happens.

50 players also happens to be the tipping point for nationals when they start flying winners....

Coordinate it with a big convention - Arcanacon in Melbourne or Cancon in Canberra are great shots for that...

well get it tooling eventually.

Wow, feeling good about my decision to buy a ticket then. I was debating on forgoing the purchase since it happens at the same time as X wing elimination... But I also figured it wouldn't sell out.

so 40 tickets, top 64 get the mc75

Top64 makes sense for Euros where I think we have 72 players
