Mynock, on their podcast, said that they "unofficially heard" from an "FFG official" that it does, in fact, have two attack dice.

The devs have previously said that giving the HWK-290 two red dice wouldn't have hurt, so probably. I don't remember the exact source, but I'm pretty sure that it was a YouTube video.

Yes. They confirmed this in the Q&A after the streamed Hyperspace Report.
I believe they said it would also have a single 90° mobile-firing-arc turret. That second one is subjective to my foggy memory. The 2 red dice is not. They definitively said that.
