No, just pointing out that other options are suppose to be in the works. One that has been mentioned by the devs several times, therefore your "if at all" clause is itself an attempt to ignore the point. You just need to practice patience.

And no, they won't be free, but they will be less expensive than a full converter. Pretty much guarantee that.
