With the Dominator title and Gunnery team if I spend one rear shield to add a blue dice out of my front hull attack do I add one blue dice to just one attack per round or can it work for two attacks?

You have to spend shields for every one attack to add dice. You can also do it for attacking squadrons for example, but its the same, you have to spend shields on every single attack to add dice
