Can someone please explain Ebb and Flow if you were to generate 2+ force points or using more then one force dice.. on the basic power if you roll one die and generate more than one point what happens?

With just the basic power, you have nothing to spend more than one point on. Buy some upgrades.

with Ebb and Flow If I have the basic skill and the first strength and roll 4 pips.. I could heal 4 strain correct?

1- to activate the basic skill to heal 1 strain and 3- to activate strength 3 times to heal 3 strain correct?
