Vader with x1 title and ATC in 1.0 is 30 points, which is equivalent to 60 points in 2.0. If base Vader is 84 points in 2.0, that's a 40% increase in cost. The equivalent of an entire Academy Pilot, in fact.
On another note, "Instinctive Aim" is a clear replacement for Deadeye, making it a force power only. I have to say, I like this. Deadeye was supposed to represent Luke doing this in ANH, but he did it because he was Force Sensitive. Now it's restricted to pilots that are. Thematic, and makes it easier to balance.
