Drawback is i dont wanna play 1.0 anymore i wanna play 2.0. After ive seen how good xwing could be, some of the love is gone out of the here and now.

So pumped for 2.0! So much so that, as others have said, I almost can't be bothered to play 1.0. (I may have a StarViper problem. But I can handle it!) And one of the best parts? 2.0 is pulling people back into the local scene. Don't know about all the haters, but my meta is expanding! Woot! More X-Wing! Moar! All teh moar!
My only complaint about 2nd Edition is that we have to wait until September.

I was hesitant, I was worried, I wasn't sure.
Soon as we got info after info after info I found that they had made pretty much all the changes I wanted or felt were needed.
I ADORE v1. It's my fav table top game ever. Been playing since just before Wave 4 hit. But the game needed an overhaul. And everything I would have asked or suggested has been done.

Really looking forward to the European Championships now. It's at the UK Games Expo, so I'm expecting to see demonstration games of 2nd Edition, maybe the news models and sets on display...
Even though September is next Tuesday in FFG-time, it still can't come soon enough. Neither can wave 14, for some sweet early 2.0 components and flapping X-Wings.

I'm super hyped. Can't wait to see what they do with my beloved Defenders, Gunboats, or E-Wings. I've only seen a couple of things I don't care for.

Same. 2.0 looks like so much more fun than 1.0 I almost don't want to play.
My hype level is extremely high still - can't wait!
Gonna use the remaining time in 1.0 to just fly fun stuff even at the system open and so on since there's obviously less motivation to "solve" the meta in 1.0 at this point.
I can only hope it revitalizes the local scene, so I finally have people to play with.
And I need to know Dash is safe and sound.
