I thought the only released coins were commander units?
If you’re talking about what’s in the kit, they are metallic Commander Tokens, upgraded replacements for the token you use when your commander is defeated and you need to substitute.
Unfortunately I can’t help OP because although the Empire tokens were awarded as we completed the first operation, we don’t begin the second operation until this week, thus the Rebel ones haven’t been given out yet and won’t be for another few weeks.

I don’t know what the OP was looking for, it would be helpful to get more clarity there.
But that said, I think the coins from the OP kits are intended to replace the cardboard command tokens. The front and backs of the metal coins match the cardboard tokens, which is different from the commander substitute badge, Presumably at some point there will be enough tokens to totally replace their cardboard ones...

But you can if you get all of them over the course of... however many OP sessions it’ll take? Or something? I dunno. ? The promo command circles they have out at Adepticon were acrylic, not metal OR cardboard so who the heck knows!
