I didn't get the old maneuver upgrade kit, but I wan't to get the new ones as soon as 2.0 drops.

The problem is that the ID tokens for many ships are missing that where published before the first upgrade kit. I know the old one had them in the pack, but will they be also in the new Upgrade or in the konversion kits? What do you think?

Good question, I can see them doing either way. One way would be to include the the same stuff they already have in it. The other would be to not include anything and have tokens with all ships and the core set. If they do the second option I would expect the conversion kit to have the tokens for the early ships in it but if they do the first option I would expect there to be no ID tokens in the conversion kits.

I'd be legit shocked if they didn't pack the expansion upgrade kits with the icon tiles.

I don’t believe the dial upgrade kits are changing at all. We are pretty sure the business end of the new maneuver dials is the same size as the old dials, so they will fit in the old upgrade kits fine. Therefore there is no reason for FFG to have changed the dial kits.

I think you are missing what he is asking and its a fair question.

do the x-wing 1.0 pre manouver dial ship identifiers come with the dial upgrade kits in 2.0.

I think the conversion kits come with a full set (not 100% positive), if that helps.

I think the answer depends on whether the ship icon tokens are in the conversion packs or not. If not, I’d hope the new dials come with the tokens you’d now be unable to get as they don’t come with the older 1e packs. Does anyone know?

And I think you are missing what I am answering.

The dial upgrade kits don't need anything other than new packaging. It’s vaguely possible that FFG are redoing the contents at the same time, but doing so seems like a waste of money. Seems to me that they would just have the exact same contents put into a new package and call it done.

In counterpoint, I don't think they will. The icon-inserts already dropped in the Maneuver Dial Upgrade kits. I can't think of any reason they'd put them in the conversion kits.

It's somewhat more likely they'll come in the new packaging of the Maneuver Dial Upgrade kits. Pros for inclusion: It really is just new packaging for the same product, so why not just shift the existing contents over and call it done? Cons against inclusion: It is new packaging, and the old sheets have a cost that they could shave; if they do it, there will be "those people" who complain about not getting icon-inserts for those ships that have dropped since the MDUKs were originally released ... i.e., for every ship.

Call it 50/50? I honestly don't know which way I'd bet.

I really hope that they include them somewhere. If not i probably won't get the dials even though i would liketo have them.
