Per the FAQs, models that came in alternate colors like Carnor Jax, Kir Kanos, Countess Ryad etc. Will not be re-released. Alt Painted Minis bad?
The FAQs also said that 3 Interceptors will be in the conversion kit. Does this mean that the above pilots did not survive the conversion? No Imperial Guard interceptors?
Because we can assume Soontir Fel will be one of the conversions...leaving 2 others only...
Unless of course the future interceptor re-release has a few pilots.

Some pilots may not have survived, but I'd expect to see many familiar names. The colour of the mini does not impact the pilots available.

There will be some alt painted minis but aces packs aren't getting rereleased. There will be 3 different paint schemes of the X-Wing at launch - Saw's renegades, Core Set (red 5) and the X-Wing expansion (red squadron pilot).
Technically they're doing more. A few ships appear to be getting new paint jobs in their 2.0 releases.
