Just realized, with 2.0 FFG has the opportunity to choose a better name for the game than X-Wing Miniatures Game v2.0!
What would be the perfect name? The only name I can think of is Star Wars: Space Battlers. It's too hot to think, and it's one of the least obtuse of the many, many nicknames the locals and I have for the game. (Also I kind of like it because it's kinda dumb, but charming...)

X-Wing is a good name though.
And now they can rebalance on the fly they're not going to have the eponymous ship be a total non-feature.
I'm still playing X-Wing: The Miniatures Game.
The name has brand recognition. No way they're going to shoot themselves in the foot like that.
Can we call it K-Wing, so in a year or so we never see that ship on a table anywhere?
