I have actually been thinking about supplementing my running with actual physical exercise though. Any thoughts/suggestions? Yes, push-ups and sit-ups, of course, and I have a few weights, too, but instead of JUST turning this thread into pointless bickering....

Based on their ranking system? B probably. I don't rank my stuff, so that's more me spitballing than SERIOUSLY considering it. She's not like YGH 2+3 busted, but I've gotten solid work done with her before and I've got a very good track record of wins with her. I went 3-0 at Adepticon, 4-0 if you count the practice game @GiledPallaeon and I played the night before (I fire lanes'ed him, you probably shouldn't count that haha). I got second once (maybe twice? Last summer is a blur) in store championships with her (stupid existant @Snipafist ...)

She's not broken as heck, but she's a good commander, Bront.

I like martial arts. Things like taido, tae kwon do, things that engage your brain just as much if not more than your muscles, while also continuing to remind your muscles that they hate you and everything you stand for.

Plus, it can save your life. My Iaido practice kept me out of a 45mph tbone car accident. My Honda Civic vs Detroit land yacht who decided to run a red light.

Fortunately, I had a nav token and dial, and was able to drop to speed one and avoid the overlap.

Obviously not for everyone, but I have been biking to work to try and get back in shape.

Something big is coming. No, not that; something big from Steel Command! And by that I mean it is going to be revealed tomorrow (later today technically).
