Do you count the soak value for each of the henchmen in a group?

For example I got a group of 3 soldier henchmen, with soak of 2. The group gets hit for alot of damage, now enought to possibly kill multiple henchmen at once in the group, would all 3 apply their values of soak for a total of 6 soak total, or does the whole group only count as having soak 2?

The whole group counts as Soak 2. The reason for this is derived from how casualties are removed; whole "models" are removed when you reach enough wounds. This indicates to me that although the wounds are removed from the shared wound pool, only one model is ever being hit with a single blow.
