Have they said when the conversion kits for the rest of the ships will come out and not just the old ships?

Personally I feel that they should have had 4 conversion kits come out at the same time. Have Reb, Imp , Skum and Epic ( I do not have this one). Instead they are doing 3 now and leaving a part of the game hanging (1/2 Reb and 1/2 Imp). If you want to split the Reb and Imp into 2 groups each that is ok but the conversion kit should be based off the old grouping. If you do have to split it then it should be 5 conversion kits plus the epic coming out at launch.
