From what I've heard, each "Day 1" is around 100 people. anyone with at least 4 wins moves on to day 2

Supposedly B and C will be bigger but they had to fit in IA yesterday. If all the tables are Xwing it will be over 150. There were tables set up for 100 yesterday, so there were a good number of no shows.

so there is people like me that was pissed off 'cause I couldn't get a ticket. And people with tickets didn't show ?

I mean, people had to sort of guess in some cases whether they could make it and FFG didn't have a way to give out those tickets at the last minute, but yeah, it's frustrating. Hopefully it will be better once X-wing has its own Worlds.

Is there a faction breakdown?

I haven't seen one yet, but I know that, of the top 4, three were rebel and one imperial and that there was mostly rebel lists on the top tables the last round.

Not a lot of discussion about it. I wonder if people just don't care until the top 16 or whatever or look at it as a Deadman Walking Meta.

Results were posted on Nova's Facebook but no real list discussion.

Oh, and the last four lists on stream were all rebels, iirc, but I'm not sure if they were top tables or not.

The entire room today (1B) was pretty much wall-to-wall Rebels. Mostly 3-ship variants (Lowhhrick, Fenn, Ezra, Miranda, or Poe) with a small handful of Ghost/Fenn.

Pretty much. FFG gave up on this TLT busted meta so everyone else is too. Xwing 1.0 is just being left to bleed out.

Little interest because it has no effect on the future of the game. Before it was, whats gonna be popular now? Or what am I gonna face now? Back to list building to counter so-and-so. But its all point-less at this stage.

I don't think that nobody cares out here what's going on in there... I do think it's been horribly overshadowed though! I keep poking into this thread looking for some solid info... even if it is disappointment at the results.
