So I've been a big proponent of the TIE Avenger for a long time now. But when the TIE Silencer came out, I pretty much decided to give up on it, as that ship was mostly a TIE Avenger.

But now that the Empire and the First Order are going to be separate factions, the Imperials need their TIE Avenger counterpart back.

So...why not the TIE Avenger!

TIE Hunter, TIE Oppressor and TIE Avenger are all still on my wishlist.

While the Defender and Gunboat will always be my true Imperial love, I'll admit to a special place in my heart for the Avenger. I would love to see an official one released eventually, though with the rumors of FFG cutting back on EU content, I doubt we'll ever see it.

Until then, this will have to get me by:

I'm in the process of turning one of my TAP's into a Hunter using this kit .
