I would really only like to buy only one of each conversion kit, but I would be left with some unusable models. If someone else is in a similar boat, maybe we could get a trade together.

I am trading away: 2 X-Wings, 1 B-Wing, 2 TIE Fighters, 1 Slave I

I would like to receive: Any other Rebel or Imperial ships

1 Y-Wing

In many of these cases, however, I'd rather scour ebay for people selling extra conversion supplies. Most notably, I want my 5 A-Wings, 4 X-Wings, and 3 Defenders.

I don't know how I got 5 B-Wings. I don't need that many.

This is gonna become chaotic and unmanageable with deprecated intentions and held stock by people. The best way to do this is to imitate what the board game world does: a "math trade" at regular intervals, where everyone is almost served, but where they aren't required to do 1:1 trades with someone. You trade with the system and a software manages who sends to whom.

At this point, I think it's more interesting as a discussion about how to conceptually handle it than an actual place for trade arrangements.
