Forged in Battle page 60 has a tank

and Keeping the Peace has a couple defense platforms

Also dangerous covenants has rules for modifying normal non combat speeders and starships in to improvised fighting vehicles

The Imperial Crawler tank from Rogue One is in Dawn of Rebellion, however it's the non-hover kind (easy to rectify mechanically though)

If you find a statblock, I may have to steal it for a GeneSys module I've been noodling.
