About $2 per ship, roughly.

To fully upgrade everything would depend on what you have and how much you need. The conversion kit supposedly come with enough to do two of every ship and as much as four of some like z-95. MSRP is $50 and there's one for each faction. You'll find the pages from the announcement for each kit tells you exactly what comes in each one as far as ships go.

Don't know about version 2 upgrades though.
