He's Air Force, so he may have been stationed at Texas at one point if he isn't a native. I can likewise confirm Darlye is NOVA.

I see. Well, if they did do a full 6'x3' mat, Armada would be the only game to use it, so I can see why they don't. I just want a Scarif mat that looks nice next to both the empty starfield mat or the DS-I mat.

Considering they have multiple games now to use the 6x3 format, I am 200% convinced the reason why they don’t is purely mechanical and based on their production equipment
