Move over, Biggs!

By Celestial Lizards, in X-Wing

Once per game though, unless there's some way to re-charge

Also, in the Xwing unboxing video, we see that Biggs 2.0 is reverse Xizor as long as he's in the attacker's arc

And so is 2.0 Selflessness

...so anyone can be Biggs

Yeah, only 1 charge and only other TIE/ln's but looks pretty sweet.

Really depends on if they come up with a way to recover charges on pilots.

Well it says "friendly"

If ships are friendly to themselves (like they are now) Iden can Iden herself

...there's a naughty joke in there, somewhere

*Gets out his 10 lb COSTCO family sized bag of salt*

NEEDS A NURF! KILLING THE GAME! I HAD A BAD PLAY EXPERIENCE THIS ONE TIME!!!!!!!!!$@$!%!@#$@#

Assuming whatever that resource is called (forget what it is) doesnt recharge at all.
I will find it rather odd if its a finite resource and nothing regenerates it, even if its an upgrade that does it.

That being said though, if it is a finite resource and it doenst normally regen, perfect for the Scavenger Crane....recover 1 of them.

I'm trying to find it, but I swear the "Elusive" EPT lets you recover an energy when you do a red maneuver.

Not only does is say friendly, but the range is 0-1

My interpretation is that every card only pulls Charge from itself

Ie r2d2 can't leech charge off of your protons, or vice versa

Iden can't leech charge off of ellusive (that'd be kinda crazy)

Basically, charge is just a way for upgrades to track their own limited uses.

Meanwhile, force upgrades pull from your pilot's force score, as they don't have force values themselves (the new DEADEYE)

Unless it's a crew like Vader

Elusive can recover its own charge after a red maneuver,("After you fully execute a red maneuver, recover 1 [charge]") but I would say its a bit of a stretch to say it can recover a charge for any other card. I can see the logic there, though, in the loose verbiage and if its true, then holy **** auto-include.

I don't think it works that way, though.

Excellent point and exactly why I'm itching for formal rules to be available. :)

Range 0 is to probably get rid of all those shenanigans about being at Range 1 of yourself and "other" friendly ships.

Check the Mynock FB page and look at the pics that Ryan posted. Bigg's ability in the new game looks similar to the old one, but way more balanced. There isn't the whole "once per game" thing anymore - it's on the whole game but I think it can only take one hit or something like that and he has to be in a special arc or something.

"After you fully execute a red maneuver, recover 1 [charge]" .

That phrase "fully execute" sounds like something I've been itching for a while. It sounds like the difference between bumping or going over an obstacle or _not_.

I'm excited.
