-Do we know how they are going to work?
-Are there any turret upgrade included in the kits? (TLT? :-)
-we know there wont be any epic material for now but what about Palp? Is he in the kit?

Turret upgrades will grant a single mobile arc and the ability to rotate it.
PWT ships will have a double mobile-arc pointing in opposite directions.
Ion turret was shown in the Team Covenant video as getting a Range Bonus at R1.
1: Yes
As noted above, turret upgrades will come with a single mobile arc, PWTs with a double. Lancer still has front arc and mobile by the look of it. What the K Wing will have remains to be seen but I'd guess it loses the PWT.
2: Probably several, definitely ICT.
3: Impossible to know at this point. He's not been spoiled, but they did refer to him in the stream, and it wouldn't surprise me to see him.
Between the Conversion Kits, the new Core set and X-wing 1.0's parts you should have everything you need to play X-wing 2.0.
As for what's in the Conversion kits, it's a fairly safe bet based on what we've seen that they're not porting over all the pilots and we know they're not porting over all the upgrades (PTL and VI are out). The conversion kits have about 100 upgrade cards in them but we don't know if that includes duplicates. Given FFG's reportedly said they're not going to require buying out of faction for cards any more the upgrade pool is probably the same across conversion kits.

Ok so if i understand correctly:
- Ships lie the Tie Agressor will have a primary firing arc + a mobile arc from the upgrade (like a Shadowcaster)
- PWT will have 2 mobile arcs. Do they move independently or are they always opposing each other? Will PWT still have arcs printed on their cardboard? im asking because if thats the case then in practice they would loose only 1/4 of their 360 arc.
- Do we know if range limitations on turret upgrades are staying? Like for the Ion turrets, is it range 1-2 with bonus at R1 or 1-3 with bonus?
Other question:
- Did they give any more details about bombs/torp/missiles?

The Y-wing in the video was granted a mobile arc from ICT so I assume the TIE Aggressir would function the same way.
PWT ships will have arcs that always oppose one another, but it is possible they may be restricted to only firing inside those arcs, rather than primary + 2 mobile.
Ion turret was still ranges 1-2.

Yup, turret upgrades give a mobile arc for that weapon like the lancer.
PWT mobile arcs are always opposed.
Every ship has quadrants printed on the cardboard, but the Falcon at least doesn't have a shaded front arc - but still does have a front bullseye arc printed, so I'm guessing missiles etc will still fire out the front.
Turrets do have range limits, yes, but also now get range bonuses too.
LImited-use ordnance now has Charges, which govern how many shots you can take, and thus far, we;'ve seen ordnance with attack: TL lines, but no need to spend the lock.
