While the hype over 2nd Edition is fun, I think this presents a great opportunity. In a couple months, Wave 14 will be out, and we will have our long-awaited T-65 fix and the TIE Reaper on the table over the summer. Lots of time to play the game as it used to be. Enjoy it. After 2.0, I expect to see several 1.0 formats floating around, such as "you can use the original card text for all of your components."

Enjoy 1.0. Remember how far this game has come, and play it for a little while. We have two new awesome expansions coming for the summer, so it's not like 1.0 is instantly dead.
